I added a Panoramic Skice Cam link to the start page. It's updated along with the regular 4/3 ratio picture. The size of the picture is fairly large, but for those with DSL/High Speed access it should work good.

Any other format - 320x240 etc. - would be easy to do, just not sure there'd be much demand for it... Even if there isn't any, I may have to set it up for my future iPhone.

Not a bad way to do it - and you have complete control over the size/ratio. I setup on the start page a few other size options, this way you don't have to waste bandwidth scaling the large image. If anyone would like another size/ratio, just let me know.
