Tina Cain called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m.

Also present were Thomas Strebel
There was a discussion about the duties of each committee chair. Rhode Nelson pointed out the several Board members did not give input on their duties. Tina asked that everyone give input on the duties of each committee chair.
Tina asked if everyone had a chance to review her recommendations for Committee Chairs. Renee Towne made a motion to approve the selection of the committee chairs. Pat Leitermann second. Motion carried.
Rhode Nelson questioned if everything on the latest printout of E-mail address and phone numbers is correct. Pat Leitermann corrected his phone number.
Tina Cain discussed the Board dinner and recommended Classics. It was decided to go on the 13th of August.
Tina verified with the Board the purchase of a gift card from Shawano Landscaping for the departing Board members.
Tina discussed the tax returns and the audits that were received from Brunette the CPA. She also stated that she met with Keith Brunette and went over some of the recommendations that he made including combining everything, explain back up funds, and move officers around.
Rhode Nelson announced that they got a thank you from the American Legion for the use of the lower Lodge.
