.No mobile home shall be used for camping purposes. The definition of a mobile home is set forth in Wisconsin Statutes, Section 340:01(29) and is incorporated herein by reference and adoption of the definition for the phrase mobile home.

.A trailer is defined by Wisconsin Statutes as no longer than 45 feet from tip of tongue to rear bumper nor more than 8 feet wide.

.Campers shall be required to place equipment 100 feet from the lake according to Covenant No. 4, i.e., "No building, porch or projection shall be erected or maintained on any property nearer than 100 feet from the established high water line, or nearer than 35 feet from any road, nor nearer than 10 feet from any adjoining property line.

.A septic system must be in place prior to a seasonal camping permit being issued. All sanitary systems must meet state, County and Town regulations. No outside toilets or privies shall be erected or maintained. There will be no disposal of gray water into or unto the ground. No septic system shall be constructed closer than 100 feet from the established high water line.

Effective April 25, 1999 Menominee County has passed ordinances regarding camping requirements and it is the responsibility of the property owner to adhere to the County requirements. In addition to an approved septic system, the County requires a well and electrical service.

.Equipment may be left on property for Permanent Seasonal Camping, May 1st thru October 24th of a given year by permit.

.Equipment may be returned to your property, other than the Permanent Seasonal Camping period at any other time. No permit required, but the equipment comes with you and leaves with you. No exceptions.

.Permit must be prominently displayed on camper, preferably on or near the door.

.Above will be enforced through the LLPOA By-Laws and if necessary through court action.
