County Properties:
All County bids should be submitted in an envelope marked "sealed bids". Each sealed bid, if appraisal deposit has not previously been made, must be accompanied by a deposit of $100.00 in earnest money for each legal discription of land. Each bidder must designate the amount he is offering for each discription. No lump sum bid on two or more discriptions will be considered. No bid will be accepted for less than the appraisal valuation. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month. An updated list of available parcels will be available at the Menominee County Courthouse.
