I'm not sure on the speed Steve.  I just use it on my 6700 phone, and I haven't figured out how to use it as a modem for the latptop yet.  I have an air card that I discontinued when I bought the 6700 if you want to try it out. It wouldn't be faster than DSL, but more versatile.

Tim, I was looking at a house on Spring Glenn Winter of 05 and they said the had DSL.
