Excuse my ignorance, but isn't this akin to treating half your lawn for dandilions this year and half the next? If this stuff can be transplanted from one lake to another by a boat, couldn't it be relocated from one side of the lake to another the same way? If there was a major problem to be found using the chemical, oxygen depletion, fish kill, native plant kill etc, wouldn't we have seen it by now? Seems to me your first idea makes more sense Jim. Treat the whole lake and git er done instead of pussy footin' around for 5+ years. If I had cancer, God forbid, there's no way in #3!! I'd ask them to take half out now, half out later. By all means, treat the areas that have yet to be treated first, but I'd think there should be coverage over the whole lake. Please share the facts that changed your mind Jim. Thanks, John
