y is there such a large quantity of small fish in the lake. we caught a ton of northerns - none over 20 inches....also caught a billion ( well not really but it seemd like that ) bluegill that were 4 inches or less. what gives........i will say this though we both at the same time hooked into two very large northern - 30" or better - we both got them to the boat and they spit the lures out at the same time ! completely unreal - weve caught 'em and landed 'em at the same time often but we never lost two fish at the same time. that was incredible. kept us hungry for looking for more forsure as they certainly were 30+ northern.
